The intersection of hardware & software is where I thrive.
I'm a Field Service Engineer at Illumina, working at the crossroads of complex instrumentation and the software that drives it. There's nothing more satisfying than diagnosing a system where mechanical precision and code have to work in perfect sync — and making it run.
My path here wasn't a straight line. I've been a butcher, a sushi chef, and a web developer. Each role sharpened a different edge — precision, craftsmanship, problem-solving — and all of them feed into the engineer I am today.
When I'm not in the field, you'll find me tinkering with new PC builds, surfing, fishing, or cooking something worth eating.
